Go-Ahead

Go-ahead or the fisher-boy's motto is a novel about a young fisherman determined to rise above his challenging circumstances. His motto reflects his desire to improve his life despite financial hardships. The story begins with the protagonist facing a series of failures in his fishing and ferrying ventures leading to despair as he considers the possibility of losing his savings which are meant to support his family.
