God Me and the Blackhorse

<p>Written for history buffs particularly those interested in the Vietnam War fans of memoirs and those exploring their Christian faith Barry Beaven’s <em>God Me and the Blackhorse</em> shares a powerful story of war and faith.</p><p>Drafted in 1967 Beaven trained to be a noncombatant medic and then taught others to be medics before he was sent to Vietnam. In <em>God Me and the Blackhorse</em> he talks about how he and the others in the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment the first cavalry unit in Vietnam lived fought bled and for some of them died. Numerous times Beaven escaped serious injury and death and he thanks God for this fortune. His memoir will inspire others who lived through the war under divine guidance as well as their loved ones.</p><p> </p>
