This our Father calls a <strong><em>remnant</em>. </strong> </p><p><br></p><p>As a young girl Peggy had nursed dreams of becoming a famous singer but she put aside those dreams when she found herself alone raising two children as a single mother. My children were my greatest blessings and whom I referred to as my little pearls. I'd become the oyster with a thick shell that represented the tough times when I had to grow a tough exterior in order to survive. </p><p><br></p><p>It was during these times over thirty years ago when she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior causing her pastor to state I've caught a Marlin. Shortly afterward Peggy began writing and later journaling these devotionals--comforting messages God whispered to her during times of meditation and prayer. After a while she put her writings away until recently when she retrieved them and later shared them in hope they could be published and become a source of strength and comfort for others. </p><p><br></p><p>Today Peggy and her husband Jim live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. </p>
