Going It Alone

In 1971 I began reading the Book of Philippians. I read it every night for about two years. As you can imagine we became familiar friends. I was newly divorced new to the secular business world (after eighteen years of ministerial life) raising two sons as a single parent and burdened with debt. I had a small rented home and large payments on an old Barracuda. During some very difficult years I learned the resources found in the Book of Philippians. Today as I see divorce on the rise (both in the secular world and the church) and people who are hurting I want to share the resources I have found in God's Word. The secret to going it alone is - - that you're not alone!
