One day during the 2019 County Cricket Season Donald Yule remarked to a friend that the chap who had walked past them in the Lords pavilion looked like he should be called Sir George. When circumstances necessitated that Donald invent stories to publish in a wee book which would raise money for charity the time seemed ripe for a number of Sir George characters to appear in print.
