The settlement of disputes in public procurement and partnership contracts in Senegal is entrusted to the body in charge of regulating public procurement by Law No. 2021-23 of March 2 2021 on public-private partnership contracts and Law No. 2022-07 of April 19 2022 amending the Code of Administrative Obligations.The procedure relating to public-private partnership contracts is specified by decree n°2021-1443 of October 27 2021 while that relating to public contracts is described in decree n°2022-2295 of December 28 2022.The major innovation of this reform is that the procedural deadlines are straightforward.
