Granulomatous Lesions of the Oral Cavity Granulomatous inflammation of the oral soft & hard tissues is an uncommon occurrence with a definite diagnostic dilemma because of the wide variety of possible etiologic diseases & rather generic appearance of the individual lesions. The purpose of this article is to highlight the etiology pathogenesis clinical features & histopathology features of various granulomatous diseases affecting oral soft & hard tissues.
