Graphene for Transparent Conductive Film Applications

About The Book

This work describes the results of a variety of efforts to improve the properties of graphene sheets for use in transparent conductive film (TCF) applications. The reduction of graphene nucleation density is shown as an effective route for reducing film sheet resistance and improving uniformity. Graphene films with 84% monolayer coverage typical sheet resistance ~520Ω/Sq and ~98% transparency are demonstrated and used successfully as TCF materials in photodetection devices. The consistency of grown films shows promise for improved control during the manufacture of commercial graphene TCFs for integration in optoelectronic devices.
