<p>A beacon of hope for those affected by incarceration.</p><p></p><p>Evidentiary inference of intent not the commission of a crime got Ms. Carol Sing 36 months in a prison camp and 36 months of supervised release-six long years without freedom. This harsh sentence pulled the author now in her eighth decade without any criminal history away from her loved ones and a lifetime of valuable environmental work. On August 31 2019 authorities advised the author that she was dismissed from the case following an investigation of her civil rights complaint.</p>
