<p>**About the Book**</p><p>Guru Ram Dass College of Education is proud to present the Annual Academic Activities Proceedings for the session 2023-24 a comprehensive documentation of our institution's vibrant academic endeavors. This book encapsulates the rich tapestry of intellectual and professional development activities organized throughout the year including two National Conferences that brought together scholars and practitioners to discuss contemporary educational challenges and innovations. Additionally the college hosted a National Seminar focusing on emerging trends in education two Seven-Day Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) aimed at enhancing teaching methodologies and faculty skills and two One-Day FDPs that provided specialized training on key educational topics. A Capacity Building Program for students was also conducted to equip them with essential skills for personal and academic growth. Moreover the book details three Value-Added Courses designed to enrich the students' learning experience by offering knowledge and skills beyond the standard curriculum. This publication not only serves as a record of our academic activities but also reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in education.
