Written by an author with lived experience Green Stop Signs will help people identify when they have experienced a traumatic event understand their natural response to it and provide strategies for dealing with trauma. It demystifies our traumatic response process so that we can not only understand what is happening to us but also identify the early warning signs that we may need to reach out for assistance in dealing with trauma.
