Grounded in Chaos

I went through big life changes when I was in North</p><p>Carolina. It never would have happened if I had been living anywhere else. I</p><p>don't know what it is about North Carolina. But if you want to throw your life</p><p>into utter upheaval move to North Carolina. But batten down the hatches and</p><p>close the storm shutters.You are in for an emotional hurricane.</p><p> </p><p>In what felt like an instant Nezneski lost her home life savings a thirty-four-year marriage-and</p><p>considered ending it all. Prayer meditation therapy Reiki journaling and</p><p>guardian angels kept her afloat. The Marines jogging shirtless on the beach by</p><p>her house didn't hurt either. Thank God for the shirtless Marine. This is</p><p>her journey from turmoil to tranquility despair to self-care chaos to</p><p>clarity. </p><p> </p><p> Be here now. This is mindfulness at its most reductive essence. My greatest hope is</p><p>that others can benefit from my story.
