Growth and characterizations for CRXW1-XSE2 single crystals

About The Book

Transition metal dichalcogenide is a family of thin semiconducting materials in the form of MX2 in which M represents the transition metals molybdenum (Mo) tungsten (W) vanadium (V) etc. and X represents chalcogen atoms sulphur (S) selenium (Se) tellurium (Te). The transition metal layer is sandwiched between layers of chalcogen atoms. By virtue of excellent electrical and chemical properties high mobility of charge carriers low-power consumption high flexibility and stretchability lightweight good mechanical robustness and environmental stability these materials proved themselves appropriate for flexible gas sensing applications.
