GROWTH STRUCTURAL & PEC STUDY OF GeSePb SINGLE CRYSTAL SEMICONDUCTOR

Single crystal growth by vapor transport technique with appropriate temperature profile has been covered in present book. Structural and compositional confirmation analysis have been made through X - Ray diffraction technique and EDAX detailed analysis has been presented for these as grown single crystals. Finally utilization of these as grown single crystals made by Photoelectrochemical (PEC) Solar cell. Authors tried to evaluate single crystals semiconductor as PEC solar cell and all physical and chemical parameters have been presented and covered nicely in presented book.
