A 3-year field experimental treatments made up of 0 2500kg/ha cow dung manure [COM] 2500kg/ha poultry manure [POM] with 250 300 and 350 kg/ha/year of NPK15-15-15 in combination of 1 2 and 3m inter- row plant spacing was arranged in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replications. Inferences very spectacular; verified indices of number of secondary branches (NSB) leaf area [LA] leaf area index [LAI] net assimilation rate [NAR] leaf area ratio [LAR] relative growth rate [RGR] crop growth rate [CGR] canopy cover [CC] and dry matter yield [DMY] no. of fruit bunch per plant [NFB] fruit size [FS] no. of seeds per fruit bunch [NSBs] calyx yield [CY] seed yield [SY] seed N P and K contents were significantly influenced. Significant interaction was only found in NSB LA LAI NAR RGR LAR CGR and DMY. Linkages within indices either at 0.01 or 0.05 probability levels; some were significantly high near perfect perfect and positive. Others are significantly weak positive negative and strongly negative. The book relief experiences on how performance of Jatropha in a tropical environment is tailored along certain crop production rhythms.
