Guant��namo case

This case was one of worldwide recognition because of the barbarities that were taking place in that prison and to which no international support entity could provide a solution due to the political or governmental irregularities under which the country where it was located: Cuba was governed. Many external actors tried to demonstrate that the prison subjugation was not approved and the violation of human rights was a key factor for its closure.
