Guarantees of public freedoms in the Iraqi constitutions

Despite the importance of public freedoms for all societies of the world including our Iraqi society these freedoms can only be achieved promoted and guaranteed through a constitution and the rule of law to which everyone rulers and ruled must be subject.Accordingly it can be said that the constitution must provide for public freedoms. It must also be a guarantor protector and respecter of those freedoms and define mechanisms for their protection so that every member of society can guarantee his freedoms or claim that his freedoms and rights have been violated based on the provisions of that constitution.
