Roma MacKinnon was born and raised in Glasgow Scotland. She immigrated to Canada at eighteen years old. She is currently married for a second time to her best friend Ian she has three sons and four grand children. . This book was inspired by personal stories from Roma’s life and her families battle with alcoholism. It is a book of lightness and darkness truth and inspirationit is told from the heart. It is a book of help hope and healing and a true memoir of vulnerability and grace. It is a monumental journey of courage and love shared with family and dear friends. .
