Guided endodontics a tool in Minimally invasive endodontics helps in diagnosis treatment planning and executing the treatment. Pulp canal obliteration occurs as a sequelae to trauma characterized by deposition of hard tissue within the root canal space complicates the conventional endodontic treatment . Use of dental Operating Microscope in association with endodontic guides and ultrasonic tips paved way for the removal of calcified areas in the pulp chamber and within the deep canal . Besides their role in calcified canals their role in surgical endodontics have also been emphasized.
