The organization of the pilgrimage is occupied by religious organizations and travel companies among which there are those that are specifically engaged in precisely pilgrim tourism. The purpose of the pilgrimage is to fulfill the religious duty of the believers to receive special grace for providing those difficulties that hinder the pilgrimage as well as to participate in religious activities that have the most blessed and consecrated character.
