Hamare Zamane Mein - Voices Of Our Elderly

This book is a compilation of chronicles of people from different senior living communities. I hope to capture the spirit memories and teachings that shaped their lives and provide our generation a gold mine to learn from. The many interviews I conducted for this book would not have been possible if it weren’t for the many people who supported me through this journey. Mr. Nanda says “The success of a home is dependent on how much happiness and engagement you can get for people living in your home” and I think the different senior living communities I chanced upon definitely encapsulate this feeling.  The book has a related portal called ‘’ where anyone wanting to share their own story or of any of their elderly can upload it on the website thus making this an ongoing and ever growing project. -Diya Karwa August 28th 2020 Mumbai
