Bluebonnet Trails Bike Race is coming up and Poppy is laser-focused on getting her food truck ready for the crowds. Her tireless assistant Kim is there every step of the way-creating recipes sourcing ingredients and spending hot Texas days in what amounts to a large metal box-until a wrong step sends her to the hospital with a broken leg.Afraid she is going to miss out on the race crowds Poppy quickly hires a temporary assistant.
