The Handbook for A complete building Engineer as the title says is meant to cover all aspects of a building construction activities except the design part which itself shall need a book. While working as Assistant Engineer Executive Engineer Superintending Engineer and finally as Chief Engineer it was noticed that Engineers from different streams working for a building such as Civil Electrical Air conditioning acoustics fire detection and protection system remain totally concerned with their field only. It is felt that basic knowledge of all aspects must be there to a building Engineer. The building Engineer is also required to do valuation fight arbitration cases and carry out maintenance work after the building is put to use. A customer will give his requirements land and funds and he would like to get a finally finished building in all respects. An effort has been made to equip a Building Engineer to meet different situations effectively.
