The handbook sets out the basics of new knowledge in information tech-nology. The technology is based on the use of automatic memory circuits and is oriented to the processing of hierarchical information. In the handbook are con-sidered: the principle of hierarchical program control the theory of multifunc-tional automata of Marakhovsky (1st 2nd and 3rd kind) and multi-level automa-ta. Methods of synthesis of multifunctional and multilevel new elementary memory circuits.
