He is the author of <em>Dissolve the Box</em> and <em>Next What's In</em>. Santosh has mentored more than 10000 professionals from Fortune 500 companies. He is the founder of Happy Tribe. His start-up on building Smart Farms for every Smart City is aimed to lift people at the bottom of the pyramid. Santosh has received the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award the Youth Icon Award and the Alankaar Award. He is a visiting faculty member at a few IIMs and also shares his ideas with the University of Sydney IITs XLRI and many more.</p>
