This book is based on the real struggle of a researcher whose future was ruined due to departmental discrepancies. Various efforts are made by the researcher to improve his future. Ignoring the various efforts documentation was always done by the departmental officials to prove the departmental discrepancies as correct. The officials never tried to listen and understand the researcher''s side. In the struggle the officials emerge as an autocratic system which forgets its responsibility towards the nation and society and at no stage does any administrative support of any kind come to the fore to brighten the life and future of the researcher. Under such departmental systems the contemporary all-round development of any nation is not possible. Prima facie either it is completely demonstrated the transformation of the departmental system into an exploitative system to impose the unfair and immoral desires of the elite on the proletariat or or else it is an attempt to hollow out this great nation through mass corruption through departmental unity. I Hem Joshi have been teaching for a long time. I have read all the documents related to the above incident thoroughly. Then the thought came to my mind that I should write something on this. After a lot of research I was inspired to express my views under the title ''Haara Hua Khiladi''. Being a teacher I was pained by the above incident and so I decided to write it. The only purpose of writing was that no injustice should be done to any student like the above incident. Keeping in mind the public sentiments the names of the characters of the above incident were changed. Source of Documents:- Gireesh Chandra Gireesh Chandra have been doing research and teaching work in the Department of Physics for the last 15 years. Gireesh Chandra felt very remorseful due to the departmental corruption and emotionally I made tireless efforts to eradicate the said departmental corruption. But the inactive judicial and administrative system seems to be contributing to encouraging departmental corruption. The documents related to the incident of life of Gireesh Chandra were shared with the message that it may help the citizens to show the right path to their children. Since departmental and judicial proceedings are going on regarding this incident Gireesh Chandra requested the main writer Mr. Hem Joshi to change the names of the characters.
