<p>Taryn Foster thought life on Molokai would be simple: fly cargo runs by day unwind on the beach by night. With snappy dialogue grounded character work and action that hits like a crossbow bolt to the chest Carter doesn't just novelize <em>Hard Ticket to Hawaii </em>- he gives it teeth.</p>
