<p>Strata living has become increasingly popular in Australia. People love it for the flexibility the convenience and the sense of community that it offers. In fact the demand is so strong that apartments have now surpassed stand-alone housing construction in Australia. And as I write this book it's the only thing that's keeping the supply of new housing going; with new planning and development predominantly comprised of low to mid-rise apartment projects.</p><p><br></p><p>As apartment living expands so does the complexity of associated legislation and strata policies.
