<p>Writing poetry was never a planned dream &mdash; it just happened one day like accidentally adding cardamom to your morning tea and realizing you actually like the taste. I began writing poems when certain feelings and questions simply couldn&rsquo;t be contained within the pages of my civil service exam notes.</p><p>&ldquo;Hawa Mein Thahre Shabd&rdquo; (Words Suspended in the Air) is my first poetry collection containing 91 pieces &mdash; some are the voice of my soul while others are born from emotions shaped by society and nature.</p><p>A little humor was necessary too &mdash; poems like &ldquo;Chai Ki Chuski&rdquo; (A Sip of Tea) and &ldquo;Main Haara Hoon&rdquo; (I Have Lost) reflect small but real moments from my life.</p><p>This book is the shared voice of my thoughts my friends my defeats and my dreams. Through words I have tried to discover myself. And if somewhere in these poems you find a glimpse of yourself &mdash; then my writing has found its meaning.</p>
