Head of the African State the First Archivist of his country

The construction of a schema around the Head of State in a plural and interdisciplinary approach based on archivology informatology africanology and politology constitutes the justificatory quintessence of this book. Archivology is an explanatory context for the African Head of State considered as the personified state archive if not the national archive (a.n.). As for informatology the African Head of State being the first citizen he is the holder of his country's holistic and strategic information. Africanology presents the explanatory elements of the Head of State through his African dimensions while politology is a disciplinary context of the appropriation of archives by the Head of State for the perpetuation of his nation. To consolidate the theoretical framework of Politology and Marketology (the Science of the market) a new theory entitled Political Marketing Celebrity is conceived here.
