Healing And Deliverance Ministry : A Handbook

<p>In Matthew 28 Jesus never told us to go into all the world and cast out demons or even heal the sick but He instructed us to go and make disciples. I believe every gift God has entrusted us with should be used to make disciples of Jesus (and not of ourselves).<br/>Jesus - Our Model for Ministry Luke 9:11 says But when the multitudes knew it they followed Him; and He received them and<br/>spoke to them about the kingdom of God and healed those who had need of healing. Throughout the Gospels Jesus did these three things - He welcomed people taught them about the Kingdom and healed them. It is interesting to note that Jesus healed people after He taught them about the Kingdom.<br/>Welcoming people is about showing unconditionalloveand concern to those who come to us. Teaching about the kingdom is about imparting truth that transforms life. When the truth is taught it exposes the lies and deception in peoples lives. Once people repent from believing the enemys lies exercising authority over demons becomes very easy.<br/>I have found Jesus model for Healing and Deliverance a practical way to disciple people that establishes them in the Lordship of Jesus. This ministry has not only proven to be effective in seeing people set free but it has also enabled us to raise Ministry Teams both in our Church and elsewhere.<br/><br/> </p>
