It is a book for all ages and all seasons about what has been imbibed from my Guru Guide and Spiritual Preceptor Patrick. He has been a great source of inspiration in penning this book. His powers of healing calmness positive energy permeates the air and acts as a source of constructive vibes exuding from his radiating aura thus injecting a sense of relaxation in everything around.
