Healing Me Healing You

<p>The poems within this book came to me through different experiences in my life yet they seemed to come from the same place. A place of deep understanding a place of knowing. A place I now know of as "TRUTH" It was through sharing these words with people that I found they too felt inspired uplifted and guided towards healing.</p><p>They can reach the very deepest parts of our Be-ing transforming us from the inside out.
