Healing

<p>I hope this book helps you find the peace and solace. I hope it gives you the sense of being understood that you are not alone and that you can also come out of the darkness and find the Light. I wrote these poems within the age of 20 and 23 my transformational years from being a lost little girl to a mature young woman who found herself. This is my journey to Light the journey that was extremely challenging at times but at the same time truly fascinating for which I am deeply grateful. This is the journey of looking for a true meaning of life which for me as I discover within those three years was and will always be - Love. At 20 I was so deeply hurt that I did not want to believe in this feeling anymore but as Rumi said: If you desire healing let yourself fall ill and when I have allowed my illness to bloom...I got cured. I hope these poems help you heal too.</p><p>This book would not be possible without the belief in me of my wonderful mother my beloved husband and our dear family friend Peter Heath.</p>
