Healing the Human Heart and Mind. Human mind has been contaminated polluted and corrupted operating under the influence of Hatred and Greed. At the same time the heart is fractured and continues to oscillate between more-evil and less good. The impact of evil state of a subsection of the society is visible in the large-scale violence today. The Greed has disturbed the natural ecology of our beautiful planet. The disturbed state of human mind is highlighted in a recent 2020 WHO survey results of 3 countries. The number of people mentally distressed are USA (44%) Italy (56%) Iran (54%). This is an alarming situation needing immediate rapid response to stem the tide of further breakdown of humanity.The book offers knowledge and simple practices as described in ancient Vedic Scriptures to uplift the fallen human mind. These practices will cultivate new leadership traits in the Self- empowered youth to lead this effort of transforming the disturbed mind. Understanding the nature of the current human individual and collective mind is the first step towards its transformation.
