<p>Much of human suffering is the product of bad decision-making and lack of self-honesty. Surprisingly most people with problems cannot admit that they actually do have a problem. As long as we are dishonest with ourselves and remain closed to changing our ways we will continue to suffer.</p><p>This book is an excellent guide in helping us look beneath the surface to try to resolve our issues. The solution is always in the root of the problem.</p>
