Heart Therapy

As we go through life I feel that we all have a few different experiences in and out of love. Like heart waves (EKG) love can take us through the motions. The extreme highs and lows are what every poem in this book represents. Writing each piece was very therapeutic for me. From my heart onto a piece of paper and now into your hands. I wanted this book to be relatable entertaining and provoke deep emotions from each reader. I also want the readers to get to know me better as well as themselves. It is vital yet so beautiful to allow your heart to heal and release.
