Hearts Apart

<p>Phases of life are incredibly transformative each one offering lessons that shape us anew. One particularly profound phase is that of a breakup. It's often said that darkness doesn't necessarily signify being buried; rather it can signify being planted a concept I found relevant during a time when I felt lost and unable to grow. In the midst of immense pain and uncertainty I began to document my experiences. Through my suffering I discovered an important truth: the more I shared my story with others the lighter my burdens became. This realization has taught me that vulnerability can be a powerful catalyst for healing.</p>
