Heaven's Wait

In November 2010 I was approached by a traditional aboriginal healer who said he had a message for me. This encounter would lead me down a path of fear manipulation and warped spiritual guidance. This book chronicles my life journey as an Aboriginal from the Mi?kmaq nation from growing up on a Canadian reserve mired in poverty and family violence and deeply rooted in the Catholic Faith to reconciling my guilt and shame for all I had done and overcoming an introduction to spirituality based on fear and the punitive.
