Hedging Scientific Language

The present book tries to look at the use of hedges in academic articles from different angles considering native and non-native writers. As using hesitation in presenting the results to a special community is a crucial factor the way of utilizing hedges becomes the researchers'' requirement. Therefore analyzing the style of native authors'' in different disciplines is a demanding case these days. The author of this book hopes that the findings can add some points to the literature.
