<p><strong>The demon realm doesn't care why you bargain. Only that you pay.</strong></p><p></p><p>I have two rules for survival: never trust a demon and never make a deal with one.</p><p></p><p>Trapped in the demon realm I'm about to break both.</p><p></p><p>If I want to escape I'll have to bargain with creatures who thrive on contracts written in blood-and the cost of breaking them is death.</p><p></p><p>Waiting for me on the other side isn't freedom.</p><p></p><p>It's fallout.</p><p></p><p>A god-who happens to be my mother-wants me dead. An unforgiving fae wants me gone at any cost and doesn't care that we're related. And I owe a debt to the city's most dangerous vampire-one I made significantly worse when I literally gave him the finger during our last encounter.</p><p></p><p>No one is interested in forgiveness.</p><p></p><p>The demon realm may be hell but it's nothing compared to what's waiting for me if I manage to escape.</p>
