Hello Mom Goodbye

<p>Did your mom pass away? Are you still angry with her? Or full of conflicting grief emotions? Maybe you didn't have a great relationship with her. My mom was a severe alcoholic and she let me down in a lot of ways. When she died I didn't know how to process the many feelings left over. So I wrote this book (with journaling prompts) to teach others what I had to learn the hard way. This book is only for people willing to stare their grief in the face and cry when they need to. It's heavy and it's hard but it will change the way you see your mom and give you peace you didn't have before.</p>
