However it takes only one person to make a difference in leadership roles and responsibility. Leadership does not go around issues they confront them. This is what President W. Bush did during the 9/11 attack. He confronted the enemy right from ground zero. He flew from Washington and landed right in the middle of ground zero in New York City with his microphone and spoke to all Americans I hear you! It is how leadership takes its leadership roles and responsibility to the highest level of government.</span></p>
