About The Book

A holistic approach to help the body heal is a must. This memoir is about the author’s diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, the treatment for which followed several self-help methods, to successfully manage her condition for the past 11 years. Along with the main line of treatment, patients must change their lifestyles to help their bodies heal. The self-help methods given in the book also include complementary treatment along with several other lifestyle changes that the author incorporated into her life. Creation has set some rules and laws of life that one has to strictly adhere to prevent or treat an illness. The author has learned these the hard way and would like her dear readers to study, understand and implement them in their day-to-day life. This book is for everyone who is looking for self-help methods to heal from their illnesses. This whole planet is one big living organism and there is no other planet B. Love everything about yourself and treat others the way you would want others to treat you. There is no other choice. _________________________________________________________________________ ABOUT THE AUTHOR KK Veni grew up in a serene township with lush greenery and has lots of wonderful childhood memories.
