Helping Children Through Trauma

<p>Trauma is an emotional response to a horrifying event. A child's exposure to an incident or series of events that are emotionally disturbing or life-threatening can have long-lasting adverse effects. When tragedies occur it can be very difficult for young children to process their emotions and manage their feelings. This book is intended to shed light on the children affected by trauma.</p>
