""Rapist not only violets the victims privacy and personal integrity but inevitably causes serious psychological as well as physical harm in the process.... A murderer destroys the physical body of his victim a rapist degrades the very soul of the Helpless female"". It destroys the whole personality of the victim. "HELPLESS SOUL" endeavours to search for the resources the victim clings to to find a compelling reason to continue 'life. It is a sad reflection on attitude of indifference of society towards the violation of human dignity of the victims of sex crimes.
