Hemisynthesis of nitro-piperine

This book was written during a project for the supervision of master students in pharmaceutical chemistry at the University Ferhat ABBAS Sétif -1 in Algeria. It is an original approach which is addressed to a large audience of teachers and students in Chemistry and Biology concerned by alkaloids.This scientific document is a rich and important reference on this family of natural substances. It covers the history properties classification and sources of this type of compound. It also presents some alkaloid-based drugs.
