Her father worked for the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Nashik, and her mother is a creative genius. Her elder sister is her soul buddy and serves the Indian Army as a Lt. Colonel in the Military Nursing Services. Growing up, the author was a child prodigy with exemplary achievements in sports. She represented Maharashtra several times at the national level athletic sports tournaments. As a teen, she represented the Contingent of Maharashtra at the prestigious Republic Day Parade Camp in New Delhi as part of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in January 1998. She went on to do her bachelor’s in engineering in Instrumentation & Control from the reputed Government College of Engineering Pune (COEP). Life has been kind on her in finding love. She met the love of her life nine years ago and married him. Together they have a three-year-old bundle of joy, Shaurya.
