Here's My Heart

<p>After the writing of this book it was at that point that I realized how mighty and powerful the words that David wrote in 2 Samuel 22:3 are. </p><p>I realize how blessed I was even during the hardest times of my life especially my childhood. </p><p></p><p>David's words in 2 Samuel 22:3</p><p>My God is my rock in whom I find protection He is my shield the power that saves me and my place of safety. He is my refuge my savior the one who saves me from violence</p><p></p><p>You see the violence for me wasn't just the physical it was the mental. </p><p></p><p>As you read this book and learn my journey not just what was done by others but also my self because of the abuse I hope you can see that no matter what you've been through God has a plan. It may not look like it right now or even feel like it but allow me to walk you through my journey and show you how for 40-some years I mentally kicked screamed and fought against anything and everything that was trying to help me because I did not trust anyone or believe that they could love me.</p><p></p><p>The book will allow you to see the symptoms of your trauma because as I learned even after the trauma was gone the symptoms were still there just like reside left behind from a fire. </p><p></p><p>It is my prayer that as you read through all of the valleys hills. highways and byways of my life you can find your healing on your way to deliverance. </p>
