Heritage vs. identity

The rescue of the most significant values of our history has always been incorporated among the lines or principles of cultural policy in our country. To achieve this there is a network of institutions that through strategies programs and projects implement cultural management based on these guidelines.The study allows to know the most important achievements of the institution which contributed to the preservation and defense of heritage and identity deepening the work of research and sociocultural animation. It also offers a proposal of guidelines with a view to improving and perfecting the institutional actions. It also constitutes a contribution to the study and preservation of local culture since it is an institution that has been little reflected by them.
